Job Title: Experienced Commercial HVAC Technician (Facility Services)
Summary: Primary focus and knowledge base in HVAC service and repair is essential. This position troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned. Assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreement or projects as assigned to assure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.
Job Title: Designer/BIM Coordinator
Summary: Overall responsibilities are to include but not limited to working with engineers and managers to design mechanical systems. Produce BIM models for both spatial coordination and fabrication for our manufacturing division. Support for all the other divisions of the company in any design or CAD requirements.
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Summary: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide customer service to Lee Company’s external and internal customers. A deep understanding of Lee Company’s culture and mission is vital to the success of this position.
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Summary: This full time position will provide engineering design and support as part of our Design-Build construction team. This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills, critical thinking, and engineering design experience in facility solutions.
Job Title: Commercial Sales Consultant
Summary: To sell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach and to provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on the sale of equipment repairs/replacements to the Company’s large customer base.
Job Title: Facility Solutions Consultant
Summary: To sell the Lee Company value proposition to facility owners or managers using a consultative selling approach and to provide technical solutions and operational expertise with a focus on the sale of preventative maintenance HVAC agreements.
Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Summary: The Facility Maintenance Floater Technician 1 is a multi-craft technician with five (5) or more years of experience that is knowledgeable in all facets of commercial and industrial maintenance, able to exhibit proficiency in HVAC maintenance and repair, and two or more of the following; Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical, Pipefitting, Building Automation Controls, Water/Wastewater Treatment, Fire Detection/Suppression Systems, Carpentry, Machining, Welding & Fabrication, Sheetmetal Work.
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Summary: A primary focus and knowledge base in HVAC service and repair is crucial. Organizational skills and time management are essential. The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years experience.
Job Title: Sheet Metal Mechanic
Summary: Perform journeyman level construction, installation, alteration and repair of sheet metal products and equipment in accordance with blueprints, drawings and work orders; provide technical guidance and direction to lower level employees.
Job Title: Plumber
Summary: At the journeyman level, the applicant assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes, studies building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required, and sequence of installations.

Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Summary: The Facility Maintenance Technician is a general maintenance technician responsible for preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and ensuring proper & continuous operation of facilities equipment. Successful candidate should have a high level of mechanical aptitude and be proficient in three or more of the following: Plumbing, Electrical, Power Generation/Distribution, Drywall Repair & Finishing, Door/Lock Repair, Carpentry, Tile Work (VCT & Ceramic/Porcelain), Fire Detection/Suppression systems, & Fountain Maintenance.
