
In 1992, Mr. Lee became the President of Lee Company, which had revenues of $20 million. Today he serves as the CEO of the company, a $100 million comprehensive facilities solutions and home services company with over 600 employees, named one of Tennessee’s top 5 “Best Companies to Work for” in 2006 and 2007, and named Nashville Business Journal’s “Best in Business” for 2011.

Upon earning his degree in 1996, Mr. Perko was hired by Lee Company as a project engineer where he engineered, developed and sold mechanical and plumbing systems for healthcare, industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities. Working alongside Lee Company’s Construction teams, Mr. Perko became heavily involved in Construction Management and moved into Construction as a Project Manager where he was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2001. In 2004, Mr. Perko was given additional companywide responsibilities and was promoted to Executive Vice President. In 2009, Mr. Perko was promoted to President and is now responsible for all company sales, operations and strategic planning for its business units. His current focus is on broadening Lee Company breadth of services and offerings and completing the company’s transition from a traditional mechanical contractor and residential HVAC provider to a comprehensive Facilities Solutions and Home Services provider.

Mr. Vance is responsible for business development and marketing for the entire company including Commercial construction, facility service, and facility management. A member of ASHRAE since 1992, he has 27 years of experience in design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems for institutional and commercial projects, with extensive experience in healthcare projects. He is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Contractor by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and is a LEED Accredited Design Professional. He currently serves on the Cost-Benefit Committee for the 2014 FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Healthcare Facilities, as well as the Vanderbilt University Healthcare Symposium Program Committee.

Mr. Price comes to Lee Company with over 26 years of leadership and executive management experience. Prior to joining Lee Company Mr. Price owned and operated a manufacturing service business for over 15 years serving over 500 manufacturers. Mr. Price’s experience includes responsibility for complete company management including Operations, Sales, and Finance. Mr. Price’s industry experience began as a U.S. Naval Officer with responsibilities ranging from the safe operation of a United States warship to the operation, maintenance, and repair of the ship’s entire complement of mechanical systems.
Mr. Price brings to Lee Company extensive experience in successful organizational management, visionary intuition for strategic organizational success, the experience of owning and growing a successful business, and the leadership experience afforded him as a Naval Officer and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. As the Vice-President of Operations Mr. Price will address company wide initiatives to improve performance with a primary focus on leading the company’s Construction Group.

Mr. Scott is currently responsible with directing the sales and operations of all Lee Company Facilities Solutions groups. Mr. Scott has 17 years of experience in the facilities solutions industry, the last 15 of which has been spent in the design and engineering of custom management and maintenance programs.

Mr. Kalman is currently responsible for sales, operations, and strategic planning for all Home Service business units.
In 1995 Mr. Kalman began his career at Lee Company as one of 5 service technicians. Mr. Kalman became heavily involved in the day to day operations of running a service team and was promoted to Director of Home Service. Mr. Kalman continued to gain responsibility and was promoted to Vice President of Home Services in 2010 and is now responsible for the sales and operations of all Home Service business units. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Residential Mechanical Systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, general home maintenance, and is EPA and NADCA certified.

Mr. Osborne is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience managing the financial and administrative aspects of companies in the engineering, project management, manufacturing and construction industries. He graduated from Lipscomb University in 1976 with a degree in Accounting, where he was the President of the Student Body. His background includes extensive experience with contract management and percentage-of-completion accounting, management of bank loans and credit facilities, financial reporting and audits, human resources, purchasing and insurance/risk control programs. Memberships include the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the Financial Executives Institute, and the Construction Financial Management Association.
