    Training and Education

    We are only as good as our people, and our people are only as good as their training. Lee Company is proud to offer the LCU (Lee Company University) to our employees as benefit of employment with us.  The LCU is an NCCER accredited craft training site, specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Pipefitting, and Welding. All craft training is conducted in-house to the rigorous NCCER and Lee Company standards by certified, highly qualified instructors. Training is a healthy mix of written curriculum and testing, as well as practical “hands-on” training in our manufacturing facility.   LEARN MORE
