COMMERCIAL SERVICES AND MAINTENANCE

To complete the "cradle to grave" services to our customers and enable Lee
Company to claim status as the only true "Design/Build/Maintain" organization in the
Metro Nashville area, Lee Company has the largest commercial and industrial
service and maintenance group in the middle Tennessee area.
SERVICE AND REPAIR
Lee's technicians and maintenance mechanics service both process and environmental
equipment and systems, as well as plumbing systems through a fleet of over thirty
service vans. We offer 24 hour, 7 day a week emergency service, 365 days per year
for customers. Environmental systems can be remotely monitored for equipment
alarms at the company and, in certain cases, remotely adjusted as needed.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance agreements range from the conventional test and inspection program
to full coverage guaranteed agreements at fixed rates. Lee's maintenance
agreement base approaches 3 million dollars in volume and consists of customers
located throughout Tennessee and Kentucky.
The heart of the maintenance program is tasking. Each maintenance program has a
detailed equipment list established along with a series of set maintenance tasks
required to perform proper preventive maintenance based on manufacturers'
recommendations and industry standards. These basically serve as a blueprint
for the maintenance technician to follow to ensure that each piece of equipment
is maintained properly and on time.
If consistently followed, the maintenance program will ensure maximum
operating efficiency and reduce equipment breakdowns and repairs. It will also
prolong the useful operating life of the equipment.
DUCT CLEANING
Lee Company's service operation is complete with a duct cleaning group
capable of cleaning and sanitizing aged sheet metal systems thereby reducing
the amount of dust and microbial build-up present in many older systems.
PLUMBING SERVICE
Plumbing service and repair is also available through the
Service Department with expertise and
experience in storm drainage, sanitary and domestic water systems, sewage
lift stations and of course drain cleaning. Plumbing technicians are also
on call 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
Training is an on-going process for departmental personnel, given the rapidity
of technological advancements in the industry. Service personnel are trained
and experienced in maintenance and service on centrifugal and reciprocating
chillers, packaged equipment, sophisticated controls systems, process
heating and cooling equipment, and virtually all brands of equipment.
