CEO
Bill Lee has extensive experience in the design and management of projects including multi-story office buildings, medical office buildings and manufacturing facilities of various sizes and complexity. Mr. Lee is presently the Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Richard C. Perko, P.E.
President
Upon earning his degree in 1996, Mr. Perko was hired by Lee Company as a project engineer where he engineered, developed and sold mechanical and plumbing systems for healthcare, industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities. Working alongside Lee Company’s Construction teams, Mr. Perko became heavily involved in Construction Management and moved into Construction as a Project Manager where he was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2001. In 2004, Mr. Perko was given additional companywide responsibilities and was promoted to Executive Vice President. In 2009, Mr. Perko was promoted to President and is now responsible for all company sales, operations and strategic planning for its business units. His current focus is on broadening Lee Company breadth of services and offerings and completing the company’s transition from a traditional mechanical contractor and residential HVAC provider to a comprehensive Facilities Solutions and Home Services provider.

Roy B. Osborne, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Osborne is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience managing the financial and administrative aspects of companies in the engineering, project management, manufacturing and construction industries. He graduated from Lipscomb University in 1976 with a degree in Accounting, where he was the President of the Student Body, and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by Tennessee in 1978. His background includes extensive experience with contract management and percentage-of-completion accounting, management of bank loans and credit facilities, financial reporting, human resources, purchasing and insurance/risk control programs. Memberships include the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Financial Executives Network Group.

Gerald R. Vance
Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Vance is currently responsible for Lee Company's business development and marketing for commercial construction, service and facility management. He has previously served as Engineering Manager and VP of the Orlando branch office. A member of ASHRAE since 1992, Mr. Vance has 20 years of experience in construction and engineering/design of mechanical and plumbing systems for institutional and commercial projects, with extensive experience in design of healthcare projects. System knowledge includes chilled water, steam, hot water, compressed air, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, dilution ventilation, controls and humidification systems, as well as plumbing and medical gas systems. He is also certified by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and a LEED Accredited Design Professional.

Dean Vaughn
Operations Manager
Mr. Vaughn has an extensive range of experience in the Design Build – General Contracting industry concentrating primarily in the planning, design engineering, and construction management of commercial, industrial, institutional, and government projects. Mr. Vaughn has served in the capacity of Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Company Team Leader, and President of various general contracting firms throughout his career. Mr. Vaughn serves as the Operations Manager for the Large Construction Group with management responsibility for the overall project planning, execution, and delivery process of our projects.

Steve Scott
Director of FM²
Steve Scott is a member of Lee Company’s Senior Management Team. He is currently serving as Director of FM2 – Lee Company’s Facility Management and Maintenance group. He is the Manager of the Facility Services Sales team, is directing Lee Company’s market expansions in North Alabama and the Upper Cumberland Plateau and is leading Lee’s recently added Chemical Treatment division. Mr. Scott has 15 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry, the last 13 of which has been spent in the design and engineering of custom maintenance programs along with facility service and management.

Dan Kalman
Vice President of Home Services
Dan Kalman has been in the Mechanical Service Arena specializing in the Residential Market since 1986. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Residential Mechanical Systems including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. Mr. Kalman is EPA and NADCA certified. Mr. Kalman is currently responsible for all Home Service operations.
