CONSTRUCTION

Interfacing with the Engineering Department to provide true
Design/Build Construction is our Construction Department. This group
comprises project management, field supervision and field mechanics that
provide mechanical construction services including piping, plumbing and
sheetmetal for a wide range of project sizes and types.
Estimators provide detailed cost estimates for each project using
computers linked to digitizer boards. Using computerized estimating
enables various materials to be quickly assessed by engineering to
assure the owner of the right material for his facility at the right cost.
The management group uses these detailed estimates to break a
project down into individual tasks assigning labor estimates to each task.
A detailed schedule is then developed through a process utilizing a critical
path methodology to ensure that appropriate manpower is committed and
each project is completed on time - every time.
With the safety of our employees being of paramount concern, Lee
Company has developed a rigorous safety policy overseen by a dedicated
Safety Director. This focus has resulted in an Employee Modification Rate
average over the last three years of 0.687.
Our experience includes:
