• Engineering evaluations and due diligence reports of facility mechanical systems. 
• Building energy modeling with the most advanced modeling software, to provide feasibility and life cycle cost analysis.
• LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) - Our staff includes multiple LEED accredited design professionals able to direct the design of LEED facilities.
• 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) and full drawing coordination – BIM provides a virtual construction of the project and identifies conflicts before they arise in the field.
