Responding to a recent increase in the development of condominiums and other multi family dwellings in the Nashville area, Lee Company has become a leader in the design and installation of HVAC and plumbing systems for such facilities. Several delivery mechanisms can be used including:
- Design/Build utilizing Lee Company’s in-house engineers and design department
- Traditional plan and spec
- Design/Assist where Lee Company’s construction and estimating departments work in conjunction with a consulting engineer to value engineer a project through the design process thus keeping the project within budget. This method (as with design/build) also provides for simultaneous design and construction thus keeping a project on schedule.
