Let there be no mistake. Many mechanical contractors have “fab shops” and pre-fabricate piping, but few produce standardized assemblies, including plumbing, in an assembly line fashion. Few have a logistics component to assure on site delivery of this product when needed and where needed. We are one of the few.

Utilizing 3D shop drawing techniques, our Manufacturing Group builds “modualized” components or “assemblies” for final assembly in the field. Housed in a 47,000 SF facility near downtown Nashville, our Manufacturing Group has the capability to produce duct, heavy steel pipe, plumbing assemblies, miscellaneous steel, and specialty items for all of our operational groups as well as directly to clients.

Our expertise includes a wide range of capabilities. Included are pre-engineered pump package systems, plumbing battery assemblies, underground plumbing packages, and entire chiller and boiler plants. The Logistics Team pre-packages and color codes all components for efficient assembly in the field.

As more work is produced in this controlled environment, we are able to provide improved quality, safety, and productivity. This process also allows us to reduce our need for skilled manpower in the field and the subsequent impact on our customer’s critical path. Again, this is yet another way that we provide value to our customers.
