The Technical Services Group provides comprehensive technical solutions while supporting the Lee Company team in four main areas:

Lee Company provides in-house full service controls expertise including system diagnosis, design, and delivery of fully integrated, open protocol, DDC control systems for all markets and network sizes.
Systems Testing and Balancing is provided by our in-house team of extensively trained technicians. Each technician is trained to national standards for testing and balancing procedures. Our goal is not just to report, but to ensure properly performing systems.
Systems Commissioning – The Lee Company Quality Control process. Our professional team works together in order to deliver you a quality final product. Mechanical and plumbing equipment, controls, and associated systems function together properly to meet the design intent with regard to assembly and performance. Documentation of the system’s performance parameters is a key in establishing confidence in your building performance. Fine tuning control sequences and verifying operational procedures are standard in this process. Commissioning ensures that all the disciplines of the design, construction, equipment startup, test and balance, and controls mesh to provide timely project completion and establish operational performance.
Mechanical Systems Review and Prescriptive Remediation are a specialty. Often buildings through the course of time lose performance or operational efficiency.
