• Traditional plan and spec;
• Design Assist where Lee Company's construction and estimating departments work in conjunction with a consulting engineer to value engineer a project through the design thus keeping the project within budget. This method (as with design/build) also provides for simultaneous design and construction thus keeping a project on schedule.
