The loss of heat through chimneys, attics, wall vents, and badly sealed windows/doors can account for up to 50% of total energy consumption. To determine the airtightness of your home, we conduct airflow tests using blower doors (powerful fans mounted in door frames), which pull air through a house and reveal any unsealed cracks, and duct blaster systems, which reveal any leaks in your heating, air conditioning, and ventilation (HVAC) system.

During blower door and duct blaster tests, we use thermal imaging cameras to actually visualize the pathway of air leaks. This leading-edge infrared technology can help solve complex energy loss situations that might otherwise be invisible to the naked eye.

If any repairs are identified that will reduce home energy costs once completed, Lee Company recommends and installs durable, long-lasting home efficiency components such as programmable thermostats, high SEER units, and photocell motion sensor controls.  We can also recommend quality solar cell equipment and geothermal systems to harness natural energy for use in your home systems.
