Q: Do you offer free estimates?
A: Yes, one of our Home Services Consultants will visit your home, evaluate your needs, and provide a detailed estimate free of charge.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, checks, and credit cards, and payments are due when services are rendered. We also offer convenient monthly ACH withdrawals on our monthly home services maintenance agreements.

Q: Do you offer financing on larger projects?
A: Yes, we can offer you financing options through Wells Fargo, GE Money, and American General.

Q: Do you use sub-contractors?
A: Yes, we do use sub-contractors for home renovation services that are not in our core offering. Lee Company carefully chooses strategic partners who are experts in their fields and hold the same customer service values as we do. All contractors must pass background checks and drugs tests as well as be properly licensed and insured.

Q: Where do you purchase the products and supplies for renovation work?
A: We only purchase our products from industry-leading manufacturers through distribution centers.

Q: Do you provide same-day service?
A: Yes, Lee Company Home Service Renovation Techs are available 24 hours a day and seven days a week and can perform small jobs on the same day.
