We offer two Planned Services options (listed below) designed to thoroughly inspect your home’s major systems. You can even choose to have the fees conveniently auto-deducted from your checking account.

Starting at $31.95/Month

• Annual Heating Inspection
• Annual Cooling Inspection
• Annual Plumbing Inspection
• Annual Electrical Inspection
• 10% Discount on all service calls, parts, and labor
(raised to 15% for 36 months or 20% for 60 months)
• 5% Discount on all bid installations including parts, accessories, and labor

Choose one cleaning service per year:
Pressure washing:
• Driveways (up to 500 sq. ft.)
• Sidewalks (up to 300 sq. ft.)
• Decks, Patios, Porches (up to 250 sq. ft.)

Cleaning:
• Gutters (up to 300 linear feet)
• Carpet (up to 600 sq. ft.)
• Windows (up to 15 single pane windows.)
