When you partner with Lee Company for Planned Service, you’re hiring friendly and courteous professionals who are highly trained to maintain your equipment to your complete satisfaction.

Our certified technicians work Monday through Sunday with minimum wait time.  If repairs on any home equipment are needed after planned service is completed, the Lee Company technician drives a fully equipped service vehicle and is able to take care of it immediately.  Plus, they’re trained to help you make the right decision on any repairs or replacement.

All Lee Company Planned Service Customers receive discounts on all service calls, parts, and service labor.  Twelve-month agreement holders receive a 10% discount, thirty-six month agreement holders will receive a 15% discount, and sixty-month agreement holders will receive a 20% discount on the items mentioned above.  In addition, all customers who have a Planned Service Agreement will also receive a 5% discount on all bid installation parts, accessories, and labor.

We offer two affordable payment plans for each of our Planned Service Agreement options.  Customers can choose to make one payment in full for their agreement, or they may choose to have the price broken down monthly throughout the life of the service agreement.  If the monthly payment option is chosen, the payments will be auto-drafted from the customer’s bank account on either the 15th or the last business day of the month.
