How do we clean the duct work?
Our technicians remove all the registers and begin cleaning the duct work with a Rotobrush and Air Sweep equipment. The Rotobrush scrubs all the dirt from the duct work while the center attachment uses a high powered vacuum to remove it. Once all the duct branches have been cleaned, they perform the same task on the main supply line and return. Most companies stop here and they think they are done but they haven’t cleaned everything. Lee Company Technicians proceed to the next stage of cleaning which consist of cleaning the indoor coil, housing, drain pan and the blower wheel. Once the entire duct system is cleaned they reinstall your filter and start your air conditioning unit and check for proper operation.

The “Air Advice System” is a 72 hour test of your home’s air quality. The testing records temperature, humidity, dust particles, pollutants, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and VOC’s. (Volatile Organic Compounds) which are built up gases that are in your home’s building materials, carpet, paint, furniture, drywall, etc; Once this information is sent to “Air Advice” a qualified engineer analyzes the information and a detailed report will outline all findings with recommendations to improve your indoor air quality.
