“I am writing to commend one of your service technicians. The technician made a service call to work on a blower problem with our heating unit. I had been hearing the noise off and on for a few days and was unable to determine where the noise was coming from. After 15 to 20 minutes, the technician had diagnosed the problem and another 20 minutes to fix the problem. The heating system is now working properly. Thanks to the Lee Company for staying with the problem until it was fixed and thanks to your service technician.”

"I have dealt with a lot of different service companies lately and it amazes me that some of these guys have no clue what they are doing, overcharged me and still don't fix the problem.
