Lee Company provided design/build mechanical engineering and construction services for this shell and core building in the heart of downtown Nashville, TN.     

The mechanical systems consist of 900 tons of cooling provided by 13 self-contained VAV, water-cooled, DX air handling units and a roof mounted cooling tower with variable speed fans and water-side economizer controls.  LEARN MORE
