Lee Company performed the mechanical and plumbing scopes of work for the Allen Arena at Lipscomb University.  The design/assist project consisted of construction to this state-of-the-art arena that can seat up to 5,750 people.   

The cooling plant consists of two 250 ton water cooled chillers, four 25,000 cfm air handling units, 70 VAV boxes and a steam to hot water heat exchanger for reheat.
