Lee Company has partnered with local banks to create a customized contract. This client sought to outsource their general maintenance needs so that they could focus on their core business. With 31 locations and growing in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area, this client needed two full time general maintenance technicians to meet the ongoing maintenance demands of each location. Each site is unique and they range from 1,000 to 30,000 square feet.

Lee Company works with Facility Management staff to insure their day-to-day needs are met by supplying services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, and various project management jobs.
