Commercial and industrial customers are not the only focus at Lee Company. There is a fully staffed, dedicated Residential Department committed to provide the homeowner with unparalleled service.

In 1986, Lee Company conducted a survey that found homeowners were not receiving the quality of service they both desired and deserved. Lee Company felt there was a need for a quality driven residential heating, air conditioning, and plumbing service division. The division started in the spring of 1986 with 100 prospective customers. Today, Lee Company serves over 8,000 residential customers, 90% of them coming through referral by satisfied customers.

The fleet of over twenty service and installation trucks provides repair and replacement of existing equipment, renovations, ongoing maintenance agreements and new construction installations. The Service Department will schedule service calls by appointment so that the customer does not have to waste time waiting for a technician to arrive. There is also 24 hour, 7 day per week emergency service available should an unfortunate breakdown occur on nights or weekends.

Lee Company also provides Energy Savings Maintenance Agreements for the homeowner. With two inspections per year - one in the fall and one in the spring - the useful life of the equipment is lengthened, costly breakdowns are minimized, safety is increased and equipment operating efficiency is optimized leading to lower fuel bills.

The installation crews can install new systems for any size home - whether it is a single story, single bedroom house requiring one unit to a 20,000 square foot custom home requiring a sophisticated multi-unit zoning system. Our residential department works with the Engineering Department to develop the right solution.

Humidification systems can increase the comfort level during the winter months and allow the thermostat to be set back thereby saving energy. Lee Company sizes and installs the right system for any house.

Duct cleaning and filtration systems can also be provided for any system as a standalone service or in conjunction with a system changeout or renovation. This service reduces the amount of dust and microbial build-up present in many older systems.

And air conditioning and heating units are not the only focus in the Residential Department. With Master Plumber Licenses in Tennessee and 23 other states, complete installations as well as service and repair including drain cleaning can be provided.
