In 1944, Lee Company started with one person, L. Leon Lee, as Lee Refrigeration Service Company, utilizing one vehicle for servicing refrigeration and heating equipment. His vision for business was one that focused on people. He saw superior technical expertise as a critical element to a successful mechanical services business, but only in the way that a path is critical to a destination. It's how you get to the goal, but it's not the goal itself.

That vision has been carried on through three generations and the family-owned company now employs hundreds of people and serves clients nationwide. Lee Company is listed as one of the top 100 mechanical services company in America and was recently named the 10th best company to work for in Tennessee.
