SPECIAL PROJECTS

Focussing on smaller, more specialized projects including facility
renovations, retrofits, as well as tenant buildouts is our Special Projects
Department. As in the Construction Department, this group includes
project management and field mechanics.
Our managers and field personnel are experienced in and focus on
these more specialized markets and are equipped to respond quickly and
efficiently. They each have areas of expertise from Commercial Tenant
Buildout and plumbing to Industrial Equipment Hookups.
Specialized crews have the capability to perform all trades from sheet
metal to equipment startup. These crews can quickly and efficiently
replace old equipment without the need to bring separate crews in to
perform the individual trades. The customer benefits from decreased
time and cost associated with a project.
Systems Specialists can troubleshoot problems in existing systems,
make adjustments to equipment and controls, ensure
that a system is operating at its optimum performance level.
Our experience includes:
- Retrofit/renovation projects from simple equipment changeouts to
complete system overhauls
- Industrial projects (including process piping, process cooling,
steam systems, compressed air, equipment hookups, dust collection,
filtration, sheetmetal work, and more)
- Healthcare facilities (including system renovations and medical gas)
- Commercial facility tenant-buildout services
- Test and Balance for water and air
