Robert “Cowboy” Davenport

Sheet Metal Foreman, Special Projects

Robert’s journey with Lee Company began back in 1999, when he hired on as a sheet metal mechanic with Special Projects. Since then, he has traveled throughout the South as a superintendent and lead mechanic, supervising and working on many challenging projects. Even as a foreman, he takes a hands-on, boots-on approach to every assignment and leads by example. A proponent of continual learning, Robert encourages colleagues to attend Lee Company University and thrive.

Dylan Walford

Foreman, Fab Shop

Dylan joined the Lee Company team on Jan. 27, 1999, as a sheet metal helper, just one month after his high school graduation. Our team quickly realized that he was talented and hard-working, never afraid of a challenge. With a devotion to learning as much as he can, Dylan earned his certification in piping. He now serves as a shop foreman, assisting the Fab Shop supervisor. Dylan is respected as a knowledgeable and helpful resource, and a man with tremendous integrity.

“Ring the Bell” at Morningside of Franklin

Today we “Ring the Bell” for our longtime customers at Morningside of Franklin. Morningside is a senior living community located in Cool Springs, about one mile from our former Franklin headquarters.

Our Home Services team has served the Morningside community for over 20 years! Not only do we take care of their homes, many of our service technicians have developed personal relationships with the residents and are often requested by name.

Many residents refer us to their neighbors and as a result, Lee Company has over 300 loyal Morningside customers! The friendly folks at Morningside truly enjoy their Lee Company experience and they look forward to the service visits from our technicians.

So, thank you to the residents of Morningside and thank you to all of the Lee Company employees who take care of them!

Lee Company gets Angie's List 2018 Super Service Award

Award reflects company’s consistently high level of customer service

We are proud to announce that we have earned the home service industry’s coveted Angie’s List Super Service Award (SSA). This award honors service professionals who have maintained exceptional service ratings and reviews on Angie’s List in 2018.

“Service pros that receive our Angie’s List Super Service Award represent the best in our network, who are consistently making great customer service their mission,” said Angie’s List Founder Angie Hicks. “These pros have provided exceptional service to our members and absolutely deserve recognition for the exemplary customer service they exhibited in the past year.”

Angie’s List Super Service Award 2018 winners have met strict eligibility requirements, which include maintaining an “A” rating in overall grade, recent grade and review period grade. The SSA winners must be in good standing with Angie’s List and undergo additional screening.

For the 10th consecutive year our Home Services team has been recognized as an Angie’s List Super Service provider.
