Kalman’s career showcases Lee Company mission

(Nashville, TN – March 28, 2015) When Dan Kalman first joined Lee Company as a service technician in 1995, he knew it was a company dedicated to the mission of creating a workplace where employees can thrive. What he didn’t know is just how that mission would apply to him: After years of steadily moving into roles with increasing leadership responsibility, Kalman has been named Senior Vice President – Home Services.
“Every great endeavor requires great leadership and it is through Dan’s leadership that our Home Services group has become one of the premier teams in the nation,” said Richard Perko, Lee Company CEO and President. “Dan’s latest promotion recognizes all the accomplishments he and his group have made, and signifies the start of the next chapter of growth for Lee Company Home Services.”
Having previously served Lee Company as a service technician, Director of Home Services and Vice President of Home Services, Kalman has extensive experience in all aspects of residential mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general home maintenance. He is certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA). Kalman is a graduate of Ferris State University in Michigan.
