Fishing Rodeo: This One Didn’t Get Away

June 08, 2017

What’s fishing got to do with anything? Simple. The Lee Company mission includes creating a workplace where employees can thrive. And, while we usually focus on educational and career opportunities, living up to that mission also means we have fun together!

The Lee Company Annual Fishing Rodeo – held at Old Hickory Lake this year – brought out a record-breaking 39 teams. With two people on each team, the fish didn’t stand a chance.

Black Bass Competition – Total Weight

1st place: Keith Posey (17.01 lbs.)

2nd place: Jonathan Haider and Justin Bounds (12.26 lbs.)

3rd place: Jamie Sellers and Dale Sellers (12.16 lbs.)

1st place: Ray Sisk and David Osborn (7.92 lbs.)

2nd place: Kirk Smiley and Freeman Ipock (3.94 lbs)

Congratulations to our winners, thanks to all who came out, and special thanks to the Lee Company Manufacturing group for bringing the grills!
