Maury County needed the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems designed and built for their newest 5,500 square foot courthouse. Lee Company was the team for the job! The facility included two-day holding cells, a 160-person courtroom, and support offices. Lee Company’s engineering team designed a rooftop variable air volume (VAV) unit system to condition the building, and the field crew installed 26 plumbing fixtures, 8 VAVs, and 7 exhaust fans. An added bonus, Lee Company’s technical service group self-performed the controls, test and balance, and start up scopes of work. The entire team effort brought together a fantastic build and another win for the general contractor!
