Selected as the plumbing and mechanical contractor for the new Tennessee State Library and Archives building, Lee Company creates the precise indoor environment needed to preserve the state’s most important civic and legal documents. Other project contributions include saving taxpayers $240,000, contributing to the facility’s HPBr certification and ensuring quality according to ISO standards. The project is successfully delivered in 29 months on time and on budget despite challenges that included a complex heavy-lift sequence, contaminated soil, a tornado and a pandemic.
