Born October 9, 1959, Bill Lee was raised on a farm in Franklin, Tennessee. Bill attended Franklin High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University in 1981. That same year he joined the business his grandfather founded in 1944, earned master plumber status, and held several roles in the company.
In 1992 Bill became the President of Lee Company, which then had revenues of $20 million. Under his leadership, Lee Company grew to become a comprehensive facilities solutions and home services company employing 1,150 people and earning $225 million in annual revenue. Lee Company was named one of Tennessee's top 5 "Best Companies to Work for" in 2006, 2007 and 2014 and named Nashville Business Journal's "Best in Business" for 2011. NBJ recognized Bill as a "Most Admired CEO" in 2015. In February 2016, Bill retired as CEO to serve as chairman of the company.
Bill is also active in Triple L Ranch, a fourth-generation family farm, which operates a 1,000-acre, 400-head Hereford cattle operation, providing natural beef to farmers markets and farm to table restaurants throughout Middle Tennessee.
He currently serves on the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, the Board of Trustees for Belmont University, is the president of Tennesseans for Economic Growth, chairman of YMCA of Middle Tennessee, past president of the Associated Builders and Contractors and has served on the board of several community organizations including Hope Clinic for Women, Men of Valor Prison Ministry, Fellowship of Christian Athletics, Operation Andrew and many others.
Other interests include hunting and fishing on his farm in Franklin, where he lives with his wife, Maria. Involvement in faith-based ministries has led him to places like Africa, Central America, Haiti, and most recently Iraq, to serve people in need of assistance. Bill has four children: Jessica (Lee) Stowell, 30; twin sons Jacob and Caleb, 26; and Sarah Kate, 21; and two grandchildren. He attends Grace Chapel Church in Franklin.

Richard C. Perko

Upon earning his degree in 1996, Mr. Perko was hired by Lee Company as a project engineer where he engineered, developed and sold mechanical and plumbing systems for healthcare, industrial, commercial, and institutional facilities. Working alongside Lee Company’s Construction teams, Mr. Perko became heavily involved in Construction Management and moved into Construction as a Project Manager where he was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2001.
In 2004, Mr. Perko was given additional companywide responsibilities and was promoted to Executive Vice President. In 2009, Mr. Perko was promoted to President and is now responsible for all company sales, operations and strategic planning for its business units. His current focus is on broadening Lee Company breadth of services and offerings and completing the company’s transition from a traditional mechanical contractor and residential HVAC provider to a comprehensive Facilities Solutions and Home Services provider.

Gerald R. Vance

Mr. Vance is responsible for business development and marketing for the company including Commercial construction, facility service, and facility management. A member of ASHRAE since 1992, he has 28 years of experience in design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems for institutional and commercial projects, with extensive experience in healthcare projects. He is recognized as a Certified Healthcare Contractor by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and is a LEED Accredited Design Professional. He currently serves on the Cost-Benefit Committee for the 2014 FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Healthcare Facilities, as well as the Vanderbilt University Healthcare Symposium Program Committee.

Stuart L. Price
Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Price comes to Lee Company with over 26 years of leadership and executive management experience. Prior to joining Lee Company Mr. Price owned and operated a manufacturing service business for over 15 years serving over 500 manufacturers. Mr. Price’s experience includes responsibility for complete company management including Operations, Sales, and Finance. Mr. Price’s industry experience began as a U.S. Naval Officer with responsibilities ranging from the safe operation of a United States warship to the operation, maintenance, and repair of the ship’s entire complement of mechanical systems.
Mr. Price brings to Lee Company extensive experience in successful organizational management, visionary intuition for strategic organizational success, the experience of owning and growing a successful business, and the leadership experience afforded him as a Naval Officer and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. As the Senior Vice-President of Operations Mr. Price will address company wide initiatives to improve performance with a primary focus on leading the company’s Construction Group.

Senior Vice President of Facilities Solutions
As Senior Vice President of Facilities Solutions for Lee Company, Steve Scott is responsible for sales and operations of commercial services in all markets. He also oversees regional market expansion and safety efforts. As an innovator and leader, Scott is the driving force behind INSIGHT, the company’s pioneering technology platform for facility managers. Scott began his Lee Company career nearly two decades ago in sales, and his responsibilities have consistently grown over the years.
In addition to his leadership at Lee Company, Scott is an active and engaged volunteer, serving on the Executive Board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and with industry organizations. Scott attended Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee.

In 1995 Mr. Kalman began his career at Lee Company as one of five service technicians. Mr. Kalman became heavily involved in the day to day operations of running a service team and was promoted to Director of Home Service. Mr. Kalman continued to gain responsibility and was promoted to Vice President of Home Services in 2010 and is now responsible for the sales and operations of all Home Service business units. In early 2016 Mr. Kalman was promoted to Senior Vice President of Home Services. He has extensive experience in all aspects of Residential Mechanical Systems including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, general home maintenance, and is EPA and NADCA certified.

Mr. Ivy is a strategic financial executive with over 20 years of experience across a diverse set of industries. He has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate financial management, and has a track record of driving results by creating clarity, developing staff, and leading change. Rob leads Lee Company’s Accounting/Finance and Information Technology groups, and partners with other executive team members to develop and implement financial and operational strategies across the organization. Prior to joining Lee Company in October 2015, Rob spent 5 years as CFO of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee where he served as a catalyst for significant organizational change. Prior to that he served 10 years as CFO of venture capital firm Salix Ventures, where he developed significant capital markets experience through participation in over 75 financings and/or M&A transactions in over 30 companies. Rob began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP after graduating Magna Cum Laude with bachelor’s (’94) and master’s (’95) degrees in Accounting from Mississippi State University.

Vice President of Construction Sales
Mr. Braden is responsible for all construction sales and strategic direction of the Large Construction, Special Projects, and Regional Construction sales groups.
Following in his family trade of mechanical construction, he worked in the field for four years and after completing his degree in Business Management in 2001 joined Lee Company. Working as a project manager for 8 years he assisted with the innovation and implementation of fabrication processes and techniques that are building blocks for how we assemble projects today. In 2008, he moved into pre-construction and was promoted to Director of Healthcare Business Development in 2010 where, as a Certified Healthcare Constructor, he led Lee Company’s marketing effort with healthcare clients. He is a respected industry leader and active community volunteer. In 2014, Mr. Braden was promoted to Vice President of Construction Sales where he supports pre-construction teams in each of our regional offices and implements initiatives to keep Lee Company on the forefront of technology, service, and techniques for the betterment of our clients.

With more than 30 years of experience in industry and the non-profit sector, Mr. Rawley brings proven talents to his leadership role at Lee Company. Along with providing policies that support the strategy, Mr. Rawley is responsible for furthering organizational culture and facilitating employee development and succession planning. Prior to joining Lee Company, he began his career serving as the Manager of Development and later Director of Human Resources for Marriott International. Vice President of Information Technology
After earning his Engineering degree in 1984, Mr. Goddard began working with Wright Industries, a leading provider of design-build engineered systems. After advancing from Design Engineer to Project Manager, in 1988 he moved into the IT leadership role at Wright and led the IT team for 16 years; in this role he was responsible for all engineering, manufacturing, and business systems.
In 2004 Mr. Goddard began to work as an independent IT consultant, providing strategic IT leadership, project management, and CIO-level services in both the US and Europe. His clients were C-level executives in the manufacturing, engineering, life sciences, nuclear, distribution, and leasing industries.
In 2008 Mr. Goddard joined Lee Company as IT Director, providing management and technical leadership. During a period of significant growth, he has supported all business operations, including infrastructure, security, service desk, voice/data, CRM, ERP, BI, and manufacturing systems for both the service and project operations within Lee Company. He continues to provide strategic technology vision and leadership as the company’s Vice President of Information Technology.

Vice President of Facility Services
As Vice President of Facility Services for Lee Company, Michael Harrell is responsible for strategic direction and growth of Facility Services in the Middle Tennessee market including technical services and security groups. Harrell started his Lee Company career nearly 15 years ago as a project manager in our large construction group. In 2007, he moved to our FM2 group (Facilities Management and Maintenance) to help build this group into a sustainable business. In 2012, he became Director of Operations for Facility Services and was responsible for all of our demand and commercial services. During this time Lee Company Facility Services developed and implemented our INSIGHT technology platform.
