Contract Scope
This agreement covers a full range of asneeded electrical services and project work for MNPS, including:
- Repair, replacement, or installation of commercial electrical equipment
- Emergency response for switchgear, lighting, or panel failures
- Small projects under $50k, negotiated with awarded contractors
- Large projects ($50k–$1.5M), bid to all awarded contractors with award to the lowest qualified bidder
- Ability for MNPS to negotiate certain projects without bidding when work is repetitive, urgent, or otherwise justified
- Contractor performance expectations, including required responses to bid requests
Piggyback Eligibility
This contract may be available to other educational or governmental organizations depending on their policies, allowing them to leverage MNPS’s awarded agreement for their own electrical service needs.
