This agreement provides full preventive maintenance services for MNPS chiller systems, including:
- Scheduled seasonal PM services
- Eddy Current testing on centrifugal chillers
- Evaporator tube brushing every three years
- Annual oil changes and filter replacements
- Routine, afterhours, and emergency response requirements
- 24/7 technician accessibility for MNPS staff
- Required documentation, reporting, and invoicing procedures
Piggyback Eligibility
MNPS allows other state, local, and public institutions to adopt this contract for their own procurement needs. Lee Company is approved to market this contract option to additional school systems.
