Over 15 months, Lee Company renovated 131,042 square feet of classroom and administrative space at Giles County High School, a central campus serving nine feeder schools. The project included 18,000 feet of new piping, a 500-ton cooling tower, condensing boilers, rooftop units, and a full HVAC controls upgrade — plus UV lighting for air purification. With students on-site and tight testing and summer windows, the project demanded precision planning and seamless coordination across state lines.
