Lee Company completed a 16-month, 20,732-square-foot expansion at Holy Family School in Huntsville, Alabama — delivering new classrooms, restrooms, and a 4,100-square-foot FEMA-rated storm shelter. Built to withstand a Category 5 hurricane, the shelter features independent HVAC, plumbing, and ventilation systems, offering critical protection for students and staff. The project required real-time coordination, precision, and strict safety compliance, all while school remained in session. More than a construction job, this project represented a commitment to the community — providing students with a safe, functional, and inspiring space to learn and grow. It was completed on time, on budget, and built the LeeWay.
