Real Resources, Real Support
Sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan, and that’s okay. When things feel tough, you have easy access to care and support:
- Chaplains: Confidential conversations and referrals to trusted counselors.
- Archer Health: Our free onsite clinic for wellness and mental health care.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Up to five free, confidential counseling sessions and 24/7 phone support.
- Teladoc: 24/7 access to virtual mental health providers for those enrolled in our medical plan.
You’ll also see our leaders setting the tone. Creating space for open conversations and encouraging others to care for themselves too. A supportive culture starts with leadership, but it belongs to everyone.
And don’t forget … our paid time off (PTO) is there for a reason. Taking time to rest and recharge is allowed and encouraged!
