Mandy has seen her career – and Lee Company – grow over the years. She thought the role she was hired for would be a good temporary plan while she got established in Franklin; she had no idea the opportunity would turn into her career. “I didn’t think I was staying. I needed a foot in the door with a Franklin job, but then I got connected with the right group of veteran employees. That’s the reason I stayed. The culture was different here.”

“This has been a company that looks to bring the best out in me. They’ve treated me as an equal. As a woman, my voice is heard. What I do matters. When people told me that, it stuck with me, and I knew that was the ‘why’ behind why I do what I do.”
