Music Row is the heart and soul of Nashville, Tenn., so when Lee Company was asked to do the mechanical and plumbing for the new 17th and Grand office space project they jumped into action. The ground floor featured retail tenant space and access to the seven-story parking garage. Lee Company provided HVAC and plumbing design and construction for the facility. The office space utilized water source heat pumps and vertical self-contained air handling units. There was a cooling tower, full system strainer, and three pumps providing hydronic water for the HVAC system. Lee Company not only provided design and installation services, but met an aggressive schedule, all while maintaining quality for a LEED certified building!
