Bowling Green Medical Center is the biggest hospital in town, and receiving the contract to build an operating suite on top of the single-story hospital was a huge win for Lee Company’s regional office. The Kentucky team knew logistics would be challenging: The timeframe was tight and the project couldn’t disrupt day-to-day activities in the busy hospital. What the team didn’t know, was that COVID-19 would hit right after construction began, complicating everything from client communications to on-site morale – working at a hospital, during a pandemic, wasn’t something the crew expected. Lee Company met every challenge, safely and on time.
