Lee Company’s been part of Nashville’s downtown evolution since 1944. When McHugh Construction provided the opportunity to design and build the mechanical and plumbing system for a new five-story hotel in eclectic East Nashville, Lee Company was eager to partner! The boutique hotel includes a full-service restaurant and rooftop bar. Lee Company installed a 120-ton VRF (variable refrigerant flow) system to heat and cool the building, and plumbed over 21,000 linear feet of plumbing pipe, serving over 336 plumbing fixtures. No challenge was too great for the Lee Company team and a series of obstacles were overcome over the course of the project, including a change in the general contractor and a global pandemic.
