The Tennessee State Capitol project was an infrastructure upgrade to the HVAC and plumbing systems at the historic building. The project was a traditional plan/spec build.

Scope of Work:

  • We installed five air handlers totaling 134 tons, five exhaust fans, three fan coil units, and nine hydronic pumps
  • 11,884 feet of hydronic piping and 44,700 pounds of duct work was installed
  • The plumbing system included the following items: 17 water closets, 7 urinals, 18 sinks, 3 janitor sinks, 1 drinking fountain, and 1 new water heater
  • 3,458 feet of domestic water piping and 1,470 feet of sanitary waste piping was installed
