Lee Company was responsible for the engineering, design and construction of the HVAC and plumbing systems for this 31-story, high rise condominium complex. The condominiums, amenities and common area HVAC units consist of chilled water fan coil units with electric heat. The Metro Nashville District Energy System (DES) provides chilled water for the facility. The corridors are conditioned using 100% outside air packaged direct expansion rooftop units. The elevator equipment room utilizes a packaged direct expansion unit for conditioning. The parking garage is ventilated and controlled via carbon monoxide sensors. The facility is provided with stand-alone, independent zone controls. The plumbing system includes a domestic water system with booster pumps, sanitary waste and vent systems, storm drainage, and grease trap.
