When WeWork, a global provider of coworking space, wanted to renovate over 66,000 square feet of office space in downtown Nashville, Lee Company knew there would be challenges. Other tenants located in the building? One service elevator for all trades and deliveries? Hardwood floors installed and walls roughed in before the ductwork arrived? Lee Company’s special projects team knew how to overcome these obstacles — and more — to meet WeWork’s timeline and budget. Working seven days a week, in double shifts each day, Lee Company went beyond the space, and expectations, to deliver insightful solutions with project management and field expertise.
