From the moment Brent walked through the doors at Lee Company, he knew something was different with our culture. He wanted to be part of it, so he learned a lot of practical lessons during his first two years and accelerated quickly because of the knowledge he obtained. He took advantage of every opportunity that came his way. Education has shaped his career here: both book smarts and street smarts! “Don’t ever say no. Have the mindset: work with me when you can, I’ll work with you when you can’t, and share your knowledge.” Brent has taught at Lee Company University since its inception and encourages everyone to enroll at some point in their career.

“Be open minded, flexible to change. If you don’t like something, stick around, because it will change. We can be slow to change, yes, but that is how we’ve survived. Don’t stay close-minded or unwilling to change.”
