David recalls, “There have been days where work wasn’t very fun, in fact it was hard, but no single hard day compares to the incredible 20 years that I’ve had at this company.” He’s had many long-tenured bosses who have mentored him in our culture, so he has the opportunity to convey it to everyone around him.
