What does Lee Company mean to Glenda? She’s learned how to grow, teach others, rely on teammates, and advance her career while she’s worked here for 20 years. Glenda is grateful for the compassion, integrity, and love she’s witnessed here. She enthusiastically tells employees to practice how to learn, recognize their impact, and pull together their resources. “There is a lot of wisdom all around the company, and it’s on you to figure out how to find it and apply it to any problem you may have.”

“I really try to put myself in the other person’s shoes. I’ve always been passionate, and I love to help others since I’ve been helped. I remember when there were only 3 of us in the design group, now there are 30. Makes me so happy to see that! Employees need to teach the culture of family. It is truly the employees that have kept the culture going over the years.”
