HVAC Installation Foreman

Gregg came to Lee Company with over four years of experience in sheet metal, but knew right away Lee Company was different. Hired as a sheet metal mechanic, his Lee Company journey led to the position of HVAC installation foreman. When we talk about his time here, we are reminded of how much Lee Company has changed in the last 20 years. Gregg was fortunate to travel with us to Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Virginia, Michigan, Alabama, and good ol’ Memphis, Tennessee, for months at a time. He knew that if he had the opportunity to travel, he was going to make the most of it!

Gregg has seen a lot of change at Lee Company. “People have moved on, moved up, and created so many opportunities. When I started, we had 500-600 people, and it’s amazing to see Lee Company at almost 1500 employees today.”

“If I don’t teach you what I know, who will replace me when I retire? Pay attention and teach the new guys coming in, because if you want to do something else, you’ll need someone to take your spot so you can move on or move over.”
