Sheet Metal Mechanic

Eddy has been working in sheet metal for 43 years – talk about a skilled employee! Eddy loves to be in the field, specifically teaching the younger guys coming into the trades. He says, “It’s still a challenge, especially when working in hospitals. It’s odd hours, we can’t disturb operations, etc. But working out the coordination for a project is a great thing to learn.” When Eddy talks to some of the newer guys at Lee Company, he makes sure to mention that before Lee Company, he’d worked at a dozen other places, but Lee Company is the best!

“Pay attention to your peers and learn all you can learn. Have patience with the young guys coming in. There’s always more behind the surface. Be dependable. Be to work on time. Do what you say you’re going to do.”
