Vice President of Construction Sales

Justin is no stranger to our industry as his dad worked in construction, and his family frequently moved for work. Justin went to 12 schools before going to middle school.

While at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Justin had been playing basketball with a friend who referred him to Lee Company. We went on to hire him as an assistant project manager, and he started a month before he graduated. “I remember at my first jobsite assignment the project manager and superintendent were out of town. Tim Delozier and I looked at each other and had no idea what to do with the issues at our jobsite, as we were both inexperienced. But we dug in together and figured it out.”

A few years later, Justin was asked to step into sales. He was hesitant at first, but eventually went to work in our business development group. Justin learned to price work, build relationships, and bring opportunities to our company. He’s worked in sales, support, and now he’s our Vice President of Construction Sales. His current role influences what our company does, how and what type of work we acquire, and he’s able to invest in people around him.
