Sheet Metal Foreman

“People don’t always get along, but we need to get along to get the job done.”

Leopoldo used to own his own sheet metal company but over time, jobs became harder to find. He knew he loved working in sheet metal, and wanted to find a place he could call home. His three brothers brought him into our Lee Company family. Leopoldo received the opportunity to become a Sheet Metal Foreman and says the work is the same, but there’s more responsibility. Over the years, he’s learned he prefers to stay on a job for a longer amount of time. Leopoldo is grateful to know, have learned from, and worked with many team members through the years!
