Gerry Vance is responsible for business development and marketing for Lee Company and focuses on Facility Services, commercial construction, and facility management.
A member of ASHRAE since 1992, Gerry has more than 30 years of experience in design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems for institutional and commercial projects, with extensive experience in healthcare projects.
He is recognized as a certified healthcare contractor by the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE) and is a LEED-accredited design professional. He currently serves on the Cost-Benefit Committee for the 2014 FGI Guidelines for the Design and Construction of Healthcare Facilities, as well as the Vanderbilt University Healthcare Symposium Program Committee.
