Rob Ivy is a strategic executive with over 25 years of experience across a diverse set of industries. He brings extensive knowledge in all aspects of corporate financial management to Lee Company, along with a track record of driving results by creating clarity, developing staff, and leading change.
Rob’s responsibilities as CFO include executive leadership of the company’s Support Services group, encompassing Accounting & Finance, IT, Legal, Risk Management & Safety, People Services, and Learning & Development. Rob works to support these teams as they help implement strategic operational strategies across the organization.
Before joining Lee Company in October 2015, Rob spent five years as CFO of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, where he served as a catalyst for significant organizational change. Prior to that, he served 10 years as CFO of venture capital firm Salix Ventures, where he developed capital markets expertise while participating in over 75 financings and/or M&A transactions for more than 30 companies.
Rob began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP after graduating magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree and master’s degree in accounting from Mississippi State University.
