Rob Ivy is a strategic executive leader with experience across a diverse set of industries and a track record of driving results by creating clarity, developing staff, and leading change.
Rob leads Lee Company’s Support Services teams, comprised of more than 90 professionals across Accounting, IT, HR, and Risk Management. He works alongside other company executives to develop and implement financial and operational strategies across the organization. Rob also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors.
Prior to joining Lee Company in October 2015, Rob spent 5 years as CFO of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee, where he served as a catalyst for significant organizational change and restructuring. Prior to that, he served 10 years as CFO of venture capital firm Salix Ventures, where he helped structure and execute more than 75 equity financings and/or M&A transactions in over 30 health care services and health care IT companies.
Rob is a CPA who began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in Nashville after graduating with bachelor’s (’94) and master’s (’95) degrees in Accounting from Mississippi State University. A native of New Albany, Mississippi, he has called middle Tennessee home since 1995.
Rob serves on the Board of Directors of both Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee and the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce, and serves as a speaker coach for TEDx Nashville.
